Bushido translates to ‘Way of the Warrior.’ It’s a code of ethics and chivalry during Japan’s samurai age.
It’s also the nickname of martial arts fan, competitor, and constant student Troy.
Troy was born in the mid 80′s, young enough to know who ‘Tila Tequila’ is, yet old enough to know what someone means when they randomly yell out, “WOLVERINES!!!”
Troy grew up in the ‘macho era’ of martial arts movies, drawn by the likes of Jean Claude Van Damme, Steven Segal, and of course the demi-god known as Chuck Norris. He was also raised on the flash and spectacle that is the Power Rangers and hates to admit that the anime ‘Dragonball Z’ forever changed his high school years.
Troy also has had extensive martial arts training from the time he was 8 years old. Various martial arts include Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Hapkido, and Tang Soo Do. Outside of being a nerd, the martial arts are very close at heart for Troy, therefore the samurai inspired nickname was born.
The title ‘Kung Fu Grip’ was originally created by HellDragon and all the banners are created by WizWar100.
